Important Announcement (2021-04-21): The workshop program has been announced.
Important Announcement (2021-04-20): Due to travel restrictions caused by the pandemic we offer to participate in conference online via ZOOM (instructions).
Important Announcement (2020-11-20): Change in Date of the Workshop
With reference to our earlier announcement, the AIEEE 2020, which was planned to be held during 12 – 14 November 2020, in Vilnius, Lithuania and has officially been postponed in light of the current coronavirus pandemic, will be rescheduled to be held during 22 – 24 April 2021 Vilnius, Lithuania.
We apologize for any inconvenience this new date may cause, yet believe that the new timing will provide you with the most beneficial experience. The very important part of AIEEE is social program, uniting young researchers and scientists from different countries, thus the organizers of AIEEE decided to postpone.
Nobody knows how the COVID-19 situation will continue to unfold. However, we believe that we have made the best decision under the current circumstances to put our attendees, partners, and staff's well-being first. The safety of our community is a top priority. In light of the health safety recommendations for Lithuania, we will deliver AIEEE 2020 event for attendees, organizers and partners in time and place that will be safe and convenient.
We are continue to accept the papers, with more limitations on acceptance. And the preferences will be given for the authors, that showing their understanding and knowledge of AIEEE achievements.
The deadline for early registration is now shifted till 1 April, 2021, and the deadline for uploading final camera-ready papers is now 8 April, 2021. If the COVID-19 situation does not allow us to hold the event in form of the conference with attendees, papers approved for publication will be available through IEEE Xplore anyway. Hopefully, this will not become necessary.
The publication materials of the workshop will be sent to IEEE Xplore on 24 May 2021.
We look forward to seeing so many of you in Vilnius in April.
