** – Proceedings, published in a volume with ISBN number, will be submitted for inclusion in online digital library IEEEXplore.
Selected best papers will be considered for publication in Lithuanian and Latvian scientific journals.
Poster or demo presentation abstracts/visuals will be posted at the conference WWW site.
