The workshop aims at bringing together researches and young scientists from information; electronic and electrical engineering field of science in an effort to promote and encourage cross-fertilization of ideas and tools related but not limited to computer technologies; audio or image processing and recognition; automatic control; robotics; computer hardware and software; telecommunications; information technology; information systems; system security and control; modelling and performance; e-commerce and e-governance; cloud computing; human computer interaction; cyber-physical systems, intelligent systems; high performance and next generation computing; sensor nodes; circuits; devices; wireless sensor networks; internet and web applications; mobile computing; semantic Web and ontologies.

Submission of paper draft (for oral presentation) or extended abstract (for poster or demoOctober 3, 2016
Notification of acceptance is postponed: October 21, 2016
Final paper or abstracts/visuals submission*November 7, 2016
Paper or extended abstract must include presenter's IEEE member number (valid for year 2017).
Proceedings, published in a volume with ISBN number, will be submitted for inclusion in online digital libraries IEEEXpIore and Thomson Reuters Web of Science (Conference Proceedings Citation Index). The last AIEEE proceedings issue is already in both libraries!
Selected best papers will be considered for publication in Lithuanian and Latvian scientific journals.
Poster or demo presentation abstracts/visuals will be posted at the conference WWW site.
